Customer Information / Privacy Policy

All customers have the option of creating an account with our online store. The information collected will be kept confidential and will NOT be provided to other companies. Creating an account with our online store grants The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. the right to send newsletters and other informational material to the email provided.


All payments are due on order. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. 

We offer the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard with DPS and PayPal. 

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping (domestically), the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. will not be held responsible. International shipping of bottles or cans are not allowed. 

Within NZ:
All domestic orders are handled by a local courier. Please allow up to five days for delivery. All orders submitted after 5pm Friday through to Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Outside NZ:
All International orders are shipped with NZ Post. Please allow up to fifteen days for delivery of goods. Parcel tracking is NOT offered by NZ Post on International Shipping. 

Refund/Return Policy

If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation via e-mail is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Refunds and exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. All inquiries can be submitted to admin@remarkablesweetshop.co.nz.


An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Order cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and left to the discretion of The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. Please send all inquires for cancellations to: admin@remarkablesweetshop.co.nz 


Any complaints about items may be sent to:
admin@remarkablesweetshop.co.nz or contact 0800-SWEETS within NZ. Each case will be looked at individually.


The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, The Remarkable Sweet Shop Ltd. shares no responsibility.
